Privacy policy
Last updated October 19, 2026. This policy explains what information TIMBR collects through timbr.net, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
TIMBR, Inc. ("TIMBR," "we," "us") designs and runs incentive, loyalty, travel and event programs from our base in Scituate, Massachusetts. This policy covers our website, timbr.net. If you have a question about your information, email us at joel@timbr.net.
When you fill out our program request form, we collect your name, company, email address, the approximate number of participants, the type of program you are interested in and any details you choose to share. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you include in that message. We use this information only to respond to you, discuss your program and prepare a proposal.
If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and use it only to send occasional TIMBR news and program ideas. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email joel@timbr.net and we will remove you.
With your permission where required, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site. It records things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website or search that referred you, your general location (city or country), and your device and browser type. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID> that can last up to two years. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics stay off unless you accept. Everywhere else, analytics are on unless you decline. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time.
Change cookie settingsYou can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business: Webflow, which hosts this website and receives form submissions; Google, which provides our analytics; and our email provider. If you hire TIMBR to run a program, we share the details needed to deliver it with hotels, airlines, venues and other travel partners. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep program requests and related emails for as long as we need them to work with you, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting and then deleted automatically.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as objecting to or restricting how we use your information, or receiving a copy of it. Email joel@timbr.net and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Our site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to work with you. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Our site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
