JON DAVIS
Jon Davis offers
the knowledge of 44 years of experience in the building materials
industry to every program and client. He acted as President and Co-Owner
of his own lumber company for 27 years before selling his business to
Star Lumber. The next 17 years were spent working for Star Lumber, the
last 11 as Senior Vice-President in charge of their Building Material
Division that reached sales of $80 million in 2006. Jon retired from Star in January 2007 and formed Davis Consulting.
He has also been very active throughout his career in various trade
associations, including but not limited to; President of the Mid America
Lumbermen's Association, VP of National Lumber & Building Material
Association, Board Member of Do-it-Best and Board Member of Data line
Computer's National Advisory Board.
In addition to his management consulting, Jon is currently associated
with The American Association of Roundtables as a facilitator for
several of their roundtables.

LINCOLN SMITH
Mr. Smith has over 10 years of incentive marketing experience with TIMBR/HMI. In 2000, Lincoln received his MBA from the University of San Diego, School of Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Venture Management. After graduation, he worked as a strategy consultant for Agency.com structuring effective interactive business practices for Fortune 500 companies. Lincoln manages TIMBR/HMI's sales channels and partnerships as well as developing incentive solutions for clients.
BRIAN SZYMANEL
Brian has been in various sales/marketing/management roles in the incentive industry over the last 8 years. He has designed and implemented marketing campaigns with several large companies including ICI Paints, Eastman Kodak, Daimler Chrysler, Goodman Distribution, Pepsi Cola, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Brian personally works on structuring effective growth and loyalty programs for his clients and future clients. TIMBR/HMI is a full-service marketing firm that provides services which include event planning, loyalty Mileage/Point programs and individual travel and merchandise solutions. His current focus has been working with TIMBR/HMI in developing current Pro Dealer customers as well as prospecting new opportunities in the building materials industry. Brian’s Specialties are incentive programs for the building industry, marketing strategy return on investment analysis, premium fulfillment program training and collateral material design.
